Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist

Dunelm is hiring a Sales Assistant for a seasonal role in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You’ll be part of a friendly team, delivering great customer experiences and helping shoppers find exactly what they need.

Expect duties across tills, shop floor, hosting orders for delivery, and stock replenishment, with a focus on creating moments that keep customers coming back. The position runs for the season, roughly 12 hours per week, with hourly rates of £8.00 for ages 16–17 and £12.71 for 18+.
