Role Responsibilities

• Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided
• Posting job ads
• Building a candidate database
• Arranging candidate interviews, including preparing candidates and collecting feedback
• Working towards the monthly targets and achieving all objectives and targets set out by the team leader or manager
