Automation Engineer – CI & PLC Systems (Food)

Premier Foods in Barnsley is seeking an Automation Engineer to join the site team, maintaining electrical standards and ensuring regulatory compliance across the plant. You will drive CI initiatives, support maintenance, and liaise with stakeholders to optimise electrical performance.

The role requires an electrical/automation apprenticeship, a minimum HNC in electrical/controls, and strong Allen Bradley PLC expertise. Experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
