Facilities Operations Coordinator – Hybrid Front Desk & Safety

CGI Group Inc. is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator for our Leeds office. You will take ownership of front-of-house activities, coordinate reception, meetings and visitor management, and support building safety and facilities services to ensure a professional, welcoming workplace.

You will collaborate with facilities partners and contractors to maintain high standards, identify improvements, and contribute to a safe, well-run site while leveraging a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
