Night Concierge & Housing Support Specialist

BURTON UPON TRENT AND DISTRICT YMCA is seeking a Night Support to deliver a high quality concierge and night service across three housing projects. You will be an initial contact by phone or reception, monitor access, handle tasks, and support safety, equality, and client involvement.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining records, completing maintenance liaison, and participating in supervision and training. Driving license is mandatory.
