Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care & SEMH Impact

Witherslack Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our residential childcare team. You will oversee day-to-day operations in the home, support staff, and ensure the environment remains secure, safe and motivating for young people.

We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including supervisory capacity, and possession of a UK driving licence. A Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma is desirable.
