Strategic Finance Lead for Health & Social Care Growth

Machu Group in England seeks a qualified accountant to take full ownership of the finance function within a growing acquisitive care business. You will sit on the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO, MD and Board to shape strategy and execution.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting, oversee acquisitions and integration, and drive robust controls and automation across finance systems.
