MS Desktop Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)

Argyll and Bute Council’s ICT Desktop Team seeks an Engineer to provide hardware and software support across the organisation, based in Helensburgh. You will handle 1st/2nd line support, resolve incidents promptly, and assist with deployment of site laptops, iPads and Chromebooks.

The role requires up-to-date experience with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365, and remote support, plus strong customer service and communication skills.
