Head of Facilities & Operations, Community Venues

Inspire is seeking a Head of Facilities and Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for its central operations and physical spaces. You will ensure centres are safe, well-managed, welcoming and financially sustainable for young people and the community.

The role oversees health and safety, facilities compliance, repairs and planned maintenance, security, business continuity and day-to-day site operations.
