RNIB is recruiting an ECLO to provide emotional support, information and guidance to people affected by sight loss in hospital, in community locations and via digital platforms. You will assess needs, help access information and enable independence.
The role includes admin tasks, patient records, and daily use of Microsoft 365. You will complete the RNIB & City University Eye Clinic Support Studies qualification and have access to clinical supervision, peer support and staff benefits.
