Freelance QS – Data Centre Civil (Outside IR35)

Solum Assets Ltd. is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to manage cost controls and reporting for a large civil engineering and groundworks package in Southall, West London. The assignment starts in November 2026 for an initial 18 months, with potential extension to 3 years, at day rates of £400–£500.

The role requires freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience on similar groundworks/data centre projects, working Outside IR35.
