On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Consultant/Architect for a 9 months contract based remotely (with ad hoc travel to client’s site close to London).
Join us as a Salesforce Field Service Consultant/Architect
As Salesforce Field Service (Agentforce Field Service) Consultant you will join a major Salesforce transformation programme. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine architecture expertise, implementation experience, stakeholder management, and consulting skills to drive the successful delivery of a complex Salesforce solution.
You’ll be the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, leading workshops, shaping solution design, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the platform makes the best use of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud capabilities.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solution design, ensuring scalable, supportable, and best-practice implementations.
- Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing consultancy, recommendations, and strategic direction throughout the project life cycle.
- Oversee offshore development and configuration teams, ensuring requirements and design decisions are effectively delivered.
- Drive architecture discussions across integrations, data migration, and enterprise systems, maintaining solution integrity.
- Review deliverables, manage solution risks, support defect resolution, and provide leadership through testing, release, and deployment activities.
The skills you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Lead, or Salesforce Consultant within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Field Service (Agentforce Field Service), alongside a solid understanding of Service Cloud.
- Demonstrable experience running workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into end-to-end solution designs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, data migration, and multi-system enterprise environments.
- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders while working closely with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge, advise, and guide clients effectively.
