Deputy Care Manager – Lead in Residential Care

Sense is looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join our residential service in Deeping St James PE6, supporting five adults with complex needs. You will work alongside the Registered Care Manager to help run the home and ensure person-centred support.

The role combines office administration with hands-on Support Worker shifts. Previous care experience is essential, and a full manual UK driving license is required to support appointments and activities outside the home.
