Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based team across the South West and South Wales. You will coach six Field Sales professionals, drive regional performance and forecast using KPIs and pipeline data.
The role covers Bristol, Gloucestershire, South Wales, Somerset and Devon with flexibility on living location within the region. A company car, bonus/commission and pension are included along with training and development opportunities.
