Head of Service Operations: Flexible, Autonomous Leader

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is representing a growing business seeking a Head of Service Operations to lead the day-to-day Service Department in the Grimsby/Cleethorpes area. You will drive KPI performance and own service operations with autonomy.

This permanent role offers £55,000-£65,000 plus a performance bonus and progression within a supportive environment. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:30pm with some flexibility.
