Phlebotomy Supervisor: Lead & Develop Across Essex Clinics

SYNLAB UK & Ireland is seeking a Band 4 Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee phlebotomy services across Basildon, Southend, Broomfield and community clinics in South Essex. The role covers day-to-day supervision of phlebotomy staff in outpatient, ward and domiciliary settings, with variable early starts and some weekend work.

You will lead staffing, rotas, training and quality assurance while ensuring patient care and safety.
