Overview
In this role you will lead a senior property litigation caseload within a growing practice in the West Midlands. You will handle high-value, complex property disputes and landlord/tenant matters, while collaborating with a supportive team. You’ll actively develop client relationships and contribute to the practice’s growth. This position offers professional development and a chance to shape the firm’s property litigation profile through impactful, commercially-focused advice.

Responsibilities
- Lead on commercial landlord and tenant disputes and broader property disputes
- Manage an independent caseload of high-value matters
- Provide commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base
- Handle issues such as easements, restrictive covenants, rights to light, and development-related conflicts
- Collaborate with a collaborative team and contribute to business development
- Support the growth and ongoing success of the practice
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE
- Experience in high-value contentious property matters
