Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse high-value private family law caseload from inception to resolution
• Advise on divorce, financial remedy, property division, pension sharing, and cohabitation issues
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to firm goals

Key requirements

• 8+ years PQE in family law
• Strong expertise in divorce and financial remedy matters
• Experience handling a private family law caseload
• Ability to work independently on complex/high-value cases
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client-relations skills
