Part-Time HR Business Partner — Employee Relations Specialist (UK)

Boels Rental is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in employee relations and policy compliance across the UK. The role focuses on providing practical HR guidance to managers and staff, ensuring adherence to UK employment law, and monitoring regulatory changes across 27 depots and 200+ colleagues.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in a similar HR role, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
