Oracle ERP Finance Transformation Consultant

Overview

In this role, you will help CFOs navigate the shift from traditional finance to a digitally enabled partner shaping value. You’ll work across industries to design and deliver finance transformation programs that combine process, technology and people, with a focus on automation, cloud platforms and intelligent tooling. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate value realization and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement future Finance operating models
• Lead digitised finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A, Treasury, Tax) and process monitoring
• Deliver large-scale transformations through ERP or shared services transitions
• Work in a global context, articulating offshore/nearshore value propositions
• Support ESG/sustainability initiatives and data reporting in finance contexts
• Leverage cloud ERP solutions (S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud) and intelligent automation
• Drive enterprise cost reduction through methods like Zero-Based Budgeting
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and multi-disciplinary programs

Key requirements

• Strong finance background with experience in design thinking/agile methods
• 2–3 years experience in relevant sectors (FS, utilities, healthcare, etc.)
• Professional Finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation via ERP or shared services
• Knowledge of ERP/cloud technologies (SAPS/4Hana, Oracle Cloud) and AI/RPA applications
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and project management capabilities
• Excellent collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritisation and time management skills
• Ability to travel as required
