Job Description:
Ernest Gordon Recruitment is hiring a Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) to cover a Southampton regional patch. Salary £30,000 – £36,000 plus OTE £45k, overtime, door-to-door pay and a comprehensive training programme.
You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across the patch with full training, mentored by senior engineers. A company vehicle is provided; expect home-based fieldwork, Monday–Friday with 1 in 3 weekends.
