Contract Service Advisor

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership within a large automotive dealer group.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Service Advisor who is available at short notice and looking for an immediate start. The initial booking is for at least one month, with the potential for a permanent position for the right individual. Should the assignment come to an end, we’ll also work with you to source further contract opportunities.
The Role
- Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth job progression
- Upselling additional work where appropriate
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining accurate job card and vehicle records
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Kerridge and/or Pinewood experience desirable
- Available to start at short notice
