Customer Experience Crew Member

McDonald’s Reading is hiring a Crew Member to help deliver a welcoming customer experience, keep spaces clean, and serve quality food with a friendly smile. No experience is necessary as full training is provided.

We’re looking for naturally friendly, team-focused people who communicate well and enjoy helping others. Availability across weekdays and weekends, mornings, afternoons and evenings is required to support busy shifts.
