Customer Experience Coordinator – Automotive Support

Stellantis &You UK in Manchester is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. You will examine transactions weekly and work with sales and logistics to maintain SLA targets and improve service levels.

You will handle dissatisfied customers, ensure compliance with legislation, and support team with knowledge gaps. A full driving licence and computer skills are required; a background in a Parts role within an automotive network is preferred.
