Overview

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant at Deloitte, you will lead and deliver Adaptive Planning implementations for a global client base, partnering with business and technology leaders. You’ll work within the Workday Finance team to shape planning processes and enable finance transformations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions and ensure successful, on‑time delivery while maintaining high quality. Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Adaptive Planning implementations
• Act as primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate onshore and offshore Deloitte teams to deliver outcomes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering Workday Adaptive Planning solutions
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification
• Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into functional configurations
• Solid understanding of financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
• Experience working with Finance and HR stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong team leadership and ability to manage complex delivery environments
