Senior Manager, SAP Source-to-Pay, Ariba Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Ariba-enabled transformation programmes and oversee delivery quality and timeliness
• Develop and manage implementation plans maximizing SAP capabilities while minimizing risk
• Provide SME input on data migration and cutover strategies for seamless transitions
• Design end-to-end solutions aligned with standards and methodologies
• Lead client workshops on process design and best practices in SAP Ariba
• Participate in pre-sales activities and help articulate procurement transformation roadmaps
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
• Contribute to practice development activities supporting sales and capability growth

Key requirements

• Expertise in SAP Ariba processes and solutions
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba integrations with SAP ERP (including MM and HCM)
• Experience across end-to-end source-to-pay and procurement in SAP Ariba and ERP
• Excellent senior stakeholder management
• Understanding of Ariba integration with Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain
• Experience delivering Ariba within a transformation programme
• Awareness of SAP Ariba innovations and roadmap
• Experience with Agile in SAP implementations and project activity planning
• Excellent written and oral communication with client stakeholders and development teams
