Inside Sales Manager – SMB Accounts Leader

Rydal Group in Peterborough is hiring an Inside Sales Manager to lead five Internal Account Managers and own a large B2B client base. You will join key calls, drive renewals, and coordinate cross-sell across IT support, cyber security and Microsoft within our telecoms base.

Youll coach the team using data, dispositions and pipeline metrics to keep the desk performing at a high level. This leadership role requires hands-on involvement, not a pure managerial desk.
