Holiday Retail Ops Assistant (Early Morning Shifts)

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. This is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries and behind‑the‑scenes work to ensure shelves stay full and the shop floor is ready for customers. You must be 18+ and flexible to work across the store, with the unsocial hours premium of £3 p/h for 22:00–06:00 shifts.
