Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, property management issues, and lease disputes
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, demonstrating strong knowledge of property litigation processes and legislation
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documentation, and attend court hearings as required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience in property litigation
