Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced O&M Engineer to maintain and optimise solar assets across sites in the Midlands. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults and drive performance improvements while working on a hybrid basis.
Ideal candidates have strong electrical fault-finding skills, 17th/18th Edition, UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. The role offers a £45k+ salary, company van, phone and fuel card with progression opportunities.
