Regional Employer Growth Manager

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Regional Employer Manager to drive sourcing of placement opportunities for Youth Jobs Guarantee across Cambridge, Peterborough, Norfolk and the Suffolk region. The role is office-based with regional coverage and involves liaising with employers to secure placements and manage service delivery.

You will work to exceed employer expectations, coordinate with Career Coaches, and support participants through placement and in-work transitions.
