Senior Environmental Health Officer — Private Housing Enforcement

Camden Council is seeking an Environmental Health Officer to lead enforcement and licensing in the private rented sector. You will elevate housing standards, enforce HMO licensing schemes, and use tools like Civil Penalty Notices and Banning Orders.

You will also promote landlord grants and accreditation, support and mentor a team of officers, and contribute to cross-partner housing initiatives. A Basic DBS is required and the role is permanent and full-time.
