Electrical Design Lead / Associate Director

Overview

In this senior role you lead electrical design for GMP and pharmaceutical projects within a design-led consultancy. You will oversee LV distribution, standby power and power infrastructure for labs and process equipment, while guiding and mentoring the electrical design team. You’ll act as a senior client interface and contribute to strategic growth and the business development agenda. The position offers a clear leadership path toward Director as the company expands across life sciences projects. This is an impactful role for shaping high-spec facilities in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on GMP and pharmaceutical projects

Key requirements

• Strong consultancy background (essential)
• 10+ years electrical building services design
• Pharmaceutical / life sciences experience
• Experience in regulated / GMP environments
• Chartered or working toward IET
• Leadership ambition aligned to Director progression
