Learning and Client Enablement Associate

Overview

In this role, you will deliver technical training to clients and partners, bridging platform capabilities with practical pricing model work. You’ll create and maintain instructional content, align training with product updates, and help ensure successful adoption across customers and delivery partners. You will work closely with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate features into usable training from day one. This is a hands-on enablement role at a fast-growing AI insurance platform, offering a clear path to impact through education and certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions (live and online) to clients and partners on platform fundamentals and pricing model tooling
• Build and maintain high-quality course content (modules, video tutorials, workshop materials) synced with product releases
• Support design and delivery of certification assessments with practical exercises using the hx platform
• Collaborate with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate features into usable training materials
• Contribute to partner enablement programmes, onboarding external training partners
• Maintain and improve course health and documentation, flagging outdated content

Key requirements

• Delivered training or technical explanations to non-technical audiences with demonstrable materials
• Studied Computer Science or related discipline, or demonstrated hands-on programming experience (Python or similar)
• Hands-on experience with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products
• Proactive, initiative-taking approach to building or improving learning content
• Clear, confident communication with clients or external stakeholders, with adaptable technical depth
• Comfort in dynamic environments with shifting scope and undefined briefs
