Hospice Healthcare Support Lead – People & Quality Manager

Rotherham Hospice is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker Manager to lead and coordinate the Healthcare Support Worker team within the Inpatient Unit or Hospice at Home service. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, consistent care and supporting patients and families with dignity.

You will conduct monthly 1:1s, manage attendance and escalation, and drive quality and governance across the service. The post requires strong people management and a patient-centred approach.
