Senior Finance Lead: Management Accounts & Team Leadership

Swansea-based Senior Finance Officer opportunity with Yolk Recruitment. Hybrid working (approx. 40% office-based), 35 hours/week, salary £38,700. Lead a small finance team, manage month-end reporting and financial controls while supporting the Finance Manager.

You’ll supervise three Finance Assistants, produce monthly management accounts and detailed reports, and drive process improvements across the function.
