Lead M&E Engineer & Site Supervisor

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a Working Engineering Supervisor (M&E) to join our Islington, North London team. This hands-on role blends technical building-services expertise with day-to-day leadership to coordinate engineers, manage maintenance delivery, and ensure safety, compliance and optimal plant performance on site.

You will monitor PPM and reactive works, support statutory compliance, and act as a key client contact in regular meetings.
