Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Neonatal Infant Feeding Deputy Ward Sister to lead infant feeding initiatives across two Level 3 units. The role focuses on hands-on clinical care and shaping service direction with the Infant Feeding team.
You will drive policy development, collaborate with Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians, and medical leads, and support Baby Friendly Initiative accreditation while delivering high-quality neonatal care.
