Impactful Social Work Assistant — Flexible & Community Care

Perth & Kinross Council is recruiting a Social Work Assistant in the Early Intervention and Prevention service. The role covers North and South Perthshire and Perth City, requiring a driving licence for travel.

36 hours per week, with opportunities for training and professional development within a supportive team. The successful candidate will carry out assessments, plan and review care packages under SDS, and work with partners to help adults age 16+ live more independently.
