Hybrid Weekend & Evening Contact Centre Leader

Serco is seeking a Contact Centre Manager for the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS) at the National Recruitment Centre, Solihull. The role is hybrid with weekend and evening shifts, typically 11:30am–8:00pm, and a 5-out-of-7 pattern, combining office presence with flexible working.

You will lead weekend and evening contact centre operations, coaching Team Managers, monitoring SLAs/KPIs and driving excellence across the recruitment journey for candidates and clients.
