Child Services Manager – Lead Safeguarding & Transformation

Sandwell Children’s Trust is seeking a Service Manager for the Children We Care for Service on a 3‑month fixed term basis. The role leads workload management, child-centred planning, and ensures staff supervision and practice standards are embedded across the team.
