Nursing Home Manager: Turnaround & Growth Leader

This Walsall nursing home is seeking an experienced Home Manager to diagnose barriers, provide clear leadership and steer the service toward a Good CQC rating. You’ll have the authority to make decisions, backable by resources to implement improvements, and you’ll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary is £85,000 with potential bonuses up to £20,000, with opportunities to develop the home, strengthen local relationships and expand care pathways.
