Support Worker – Help Adults Live Independently

Upward Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults in their own homes across the West Midlands. You will provide person-centred care, help with daily activities, shopping, cooking, personal care and medication administration, within agreed care plans.

Reliable record-keeping and teamwork are essential to meet service users’ needs. An NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent is preferred, with applications from those with strong caring qualities welcomed.
