Blue Cross UK is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Services team in Burford. You will provide first and second-line IT support to over 1,000 colleagues across multiple locations, combining remote and face-to-face assistance with on-site visits as required.
You will install and maintain IT equipment, manage system access, and contribute to projects and continuous improvement. A full UK driving licence is essential for travel to Blue Cross sites.
