Autonomous Community Nurse Practitioner – Home Care

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an autonomous practitioner to work within an integrated multi-professional neighbourhood team. You will manage your own caseload and assess patients with complex presentations using specialist clinical reasoning.

You will provide high-quality nursing interventions in patients’ homes, supervise junior staff and students, and coordinate with the MDT.
