Healthcare Assistant: Prison & Community Health Support

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centred care within a prison setting. You will assist in providing physical care, taking observations, and supporting a registered nurse to implement written care plans.
