Night-Time Residential Care Worker (Therapeutic Support)

YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Night-Time Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our overnight team in Selby area. You will remain awake to look after children aged 5-18, driving to our Selby home and staying on site through night shifts.

You’ll receive training, a funded Level 4 qualification in Residential Childcare, regular supervision, and clear career progression as part of our commitment to safeguarding and nurturing trauma-informed care.
