Interim Regional Service Manager – Supported Living, Residential care for Adults with Learning disabilities, six-month fixed-term contract with immediate start. Field-based role covering Kent and Sussex, with salary £52,000 to £53,000 a year plus car allowance.
You will lead regional teams, drive turnaround and change management, ensure high quality person-centred care, preparation for CQC, and build strong relationships with local authorities.
