Wernick Group Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple modular building projects from handover to completion at our UK sites. You will work with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, safety and adherence to budget.
Key duties include coordinating site personnel, monitoring risks, preparing valuations, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations. Travel to sites nationwide is expected.
