On-Site Care & Support Assistant — Part-Time

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Care and Support Assistant for our Corbett Court development in Burgess Hill, East Sussex. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with shifts that include evenings and weekends.

You will help residents with daily tasks, support activities, and promote independence in a single on-site location, with no travel between calls.

We provide fully paid training (Level 2/3 in Adult Care), a pension, life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program to support wellbeing.
